im referring to blogging on a new blog!

blogger really hates mac - my html/javascript editing page turns out all wonky on my comp! so i cant seem to add a tag board. i'll have to run upstairs to use my dad's windows computer to deal with that problem. its kinda creepy when ppl read your blog and dont tag, and then tell you about your posts o.O

im currently going through a love-hate relationship with apple (the company not the fruit). apple products dont seem to be able to last more than 2 years! as evident by my ibook and my present macbook. its not the durability issue, its the software issue? i mean since i got my macbook 2 new software versions have been out! im TWO SOFTWARE VERSIONS behind!! *horror*

had dinner at sicc last night, and we ended up ordering a whole lot (i overate again) cos we had to hit $50 to claim the birthday voucher (some background - SICC in a bid to increase its f&b patronizers, and to reward its members with its average food - gives out $20 food vouchers to each member during their birthday month). the meal was strangely asian, and we ordered typical hawker fair 300% their normal price, just to eat it at a country club.

i saw a guy with parkinson's at SICC! typical shuffling gait, stooped posture, festinency, small steps :) he was such a cute old man. and then my dad said "if only you got such a straightforward case for you med eopt" YAR I AGREE. dammit. reposting liao la.

went to church, didnt really pay much attention during sermon, paying more attention to how my jeans looked, or whether my thighs were too fat.. i did catch a bit of the sermon, and at least i got the conclusion. church ended late, and my sister disappeared somewhere, and a search party covering the entire church premises was dispatched, comprising of.. me and my mom. hahaha. eventually we found her, she was having some trouble with a photocopying machine. my goodness, how unexposed and sheltered children are nowadays, so as to not know how to work a photocopying machine. its one of those must-know to survive if not no worksheets or notes kind of info.

went to zion road for lunch.
i love the steamed pork dumplings there :) ok, occasionally i like the fried ones too!

strangely under-publicized on the net when it's been at zion road even before i was born! i used to eat there at the old zion road food centre when i was like 3 and my legs couldnt touch to oily floor of the hawker centre and my chin was just above the table! :)

other that the dumplings, theres a famous no. 18 char kway teow. good stuff! but my sis finished most of it, so there wasn't much left for me. got cheated into eating a piece of pork lard. omg. damn gross.

oh yar my sis broke my dad's iphone today. it kinda has a line across the screen and keeps flashing every 2 minutes, kinda like a dying patient gasping for breath. hur.

onward towards a long week.
